Wherein I actually tell you about my day

Well criminal went well. Theft came up, which was okay. As were murder, manslaughter, provocation and diminished responsibility.

So hurrah!

I was utterly exhausted. So treated self to a bit of chatting, a ballet class, some wine and a Chinese with an old friend.

Tomorrow sees me revising duty of care for negligent misstatements resulting in pure econimic loss.

I actually have nothing else to say. 5 days before this mayhem ends! But then after that I am attending 5 piss ups in 5 days...

My exam schedule is nowhere near as hectic (I don't do one of these proper subjects) but I am still looking forward to a whole week with a party every night. One night, there are two!
Me, I'm hardcore.
Good luck with the rest of them.

I did Criminal Law too! I crammed only a few areas (including the ones you mentioned) and bits and pieces. I crammed it all into my head but could hardly remember anything at first on the day - frightening.

Dysnomia - Don't worry, I did a non proper subject. Loads of exams doesn't exactly mean it's hard. Plus this is a law degree in a yr therefore it's not to be compared to normal subjects. I'm not sure why i'm putting self through this!

F - yes just tort to go now!!! Hurrah! Reckon I might've failed EU (we sit it with first years but it's still judged to post grad standards and mine was def. more a first yr effort!), and equity, but land, contract, constitutional, administration, criminal went alright...
