If I close this blog down, it's because he's sued me
Have already had some minor issues with Fabulously Gay Tutor.There was the time with the Scratch Perverts. And then the other time, over Christmas when he didn't receive my emails and had a 2000 word one-way email shout when I dared ask him if my topic was okay.
This, added to his erratic pacing in lectures and staring moodily out of the window.

Obviously, these are textbooks, and, since you've read all the Acts and all the cases, so this isn't really relevant, is it?

I want to write something but it may get me sued as well, so I will refrain. But he doesn't seem to have answered your question (again refraining from further comment, but gawwwd, the temptation), so I will do so.
Cite everything, ever, conceivable. Cases, statutes, textbook, it's the only way to not get in trouble!
You'd cite secondary sources??
But WHO except obsessives reads through the entire case forgawdssake?
He sounds a wind-up merchant and dare I say, a twerp.
